Sichuan Taikang Hospital is a tertiary general hospital in Chengdu’s Tianfu New Area. With a planned capacity of 1,001 beds, it forms part of the Taikang Tianfu Medical and Senior Living Campus.
The hospital provides coordinated care across oncology, cardiovascular medicine, neurology, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, rehabilitation and geriatric medicine, connecting prevention, diagnosis, treatment and recovery.

A 320-slice CT, 3.0T MRI, intraoperative DSA and CT, and a linear accelerator support diagnostic imaging, image-guided procedures and cancer treatment.
The surgical center includes 21 clean operating rooms and three DSA operating rooms, including two hybrid DSA-CT rooms for complex procedures.
Dedicated inpatient, outpatient and therapy areas support neurological, cardiopulmonary, musculoskeletal, cancer and geriatric rehabilitation.
The Oncology Center combines precision diagnostics, multidisciplinary assessment and continuous care throughout the treatment journey. Depending on the cancer type, disease stage, molecular findings and overall clinical condition, treatment may include surgery, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy or a coordinated combination of approaches. Molecular imaging, liquid biopsy and next-generation sequencing support tumor assessment and individualized treatment planning.
Integrated Healthy Aging and Health Management
Geriatric medicine, health management, family medicine, rehabilitation, nutrition and psychosomatic care work together to support older adults with multiple or chronic conditions. Services cover health screening, comprehensive geriatric assessment, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, osteoporosis, cognitive impairment and Parkinson’s disease. Care can continue from prevention and acute treatment through rehabilitation, nursing, long-term health management and palliative support.
Comprehensive Rehabilitation Care
Multidisciplinary rehabilitation supports patients recovering from stroke, neurological disease, critical illness, orthopedic conditions, spinal disorders, sports injuries and cancer treatment. Programs may include functional assessment, physical therapy, swallowing rehabilitation, gait and balance training, muscle-strengthening, pain and posture management, and individualized home-rehabilitation guidance. Rehabilitation physicians, therapists, nurses and relevant clinical specialists adjust treatment according to each patient’s functional progress and recovery goals.
