1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LumaLink Global website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

LumaLink Global operates as an Information Service Provider and Facilitator. Our services include providing information regarding Chinese medical institutions, assisting with scheduling, and coordinating value-added services. We are not a healthcare provider.

3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

  • Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Accuracy: You represent that all health and identity information provided is true and accurate.
  • Personal Use: Services are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Service Fees: You agree to pay the fees for our facilitation services as listed.
  • Medical Costs: You acknowledge that medical treatment costs are separate and typically paid directly to the healthcare provider.

5. Service Delivery, Process, and Timelines

5.1 Delivery Method

All services provided by LumaLink Global are digitally delivered. Confirmations, translated medical documents, and itineraries will be sent directly to your registered email address or made available via your user dashboard on our platform. No physical fulfillment or shipping is required unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

5.2 Service Process & Lifecycle

Once your payment is successfully processed, the service lifecycle proceeds through the following phases:

  • Payment & Account Activation: Immediate digital receipt generated.
  • Information Collection: User submits complete medical histories and passport details.
  • Translation & Review: LumaLink Global translates and structures the medical records for Chinese hospital review.
  • Hospital Coordination: Submission to the target medical institution and booking slot securing.
  • Confirmation Issuance: Delivery of the official Medical Appointment Confirmation Letter and Visa Support documents (if applicable).
  • Service Conclusion: The platform facilitation service concludes once the user successfully arrives at the scheduled appointment at the medical institution or the appointment date passes.

5.3 Timelines & Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

We strive to adhere to the following estimated turnaround times starting from the moment complete and legible documentation is submitted by the user:

  • Medical Record Translation: Within 2-3 business days.
  • Hospital Appointment Confirmation: Within 3-5 business days after the translated records are ready.
  • Visa Support Documentation: Within 5-7 business days following the hospital's official booking confirmation.

Note: "Business days" refer to official working days in Hong Kong and Mainland China, excluding public holidays.

5.4 User Cooperation and Delays

The timelines specified in Section 5.3 are contingent upon your prompt cooperation. Any delay by the user in providing required medical records, identification, or responding to clarification requests will automatically pause and extend our delivery timeline. LumaLink Global shall not be held liable for delayed appointments resulting from incomplete or late submissions by the user.

6. No Guarantee of Medical Outcomes

LumaLink Global facilitates connections but does not guarantee the success or quality of any medical treatment.

  • Medical professionals in the treatment destination are solely responsible for your care.
  • Any disputes regarding medical treatment must be resolved directly with the medical institution.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of LumaLink Global and is protected by international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumaLink Global shall not be liable for any medical complications, travel delays, or indirect damages arising from the use of our platform or the third-party medical services provided.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong").
  • Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong.
